By using LotifyAI ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.
Use of the Service
LotifyAI provides free tools for previewing, optimizing, and converting Lottie JSON animations, and for viewing 3D model files (GLB/GLTF). The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Your Content
Files you upload remain your property. When you use our tools, your files are processed either entirely locally in your browser or temporarily on our secure servers. Any files processed on our servers are held only in temporary memory for the duration of the task (e.g., conversion or optimization) and are automatically and permanently deleted immediately upon completion or when you exit the feature. We do not permanently store, backup, or retain any user-uploaded files or generated content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload or process content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service's infrastructure.
Limitation of Liability
LotifyAI is not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
