    • Exiting a feature quickly deletes all connected data.

    2. The Information We Gather

    Account Information (Optional)

    You don't have to make an account. We may gather the following if you decide to make one:

    • Email address for verification and correspondence
    • Username
    • Password stored with safe, industry-standard encryption and hashing
    • Basic user preferences

    Without an account, most functionalities are still available.

    Processing Temporary Files

    When you use LotifyAI tools:

    • Uploaded Lottie JSON files are processed in memory or temporary storage that doesn't last long.
    • Files are never saved permanently.
    • Files are destroyed right away after optimization, preview, or export is done.
    • You can also remove files right away if you close or leave the feature.

    This platform has a strong policy of not keeping any files.

    Very Little Technical Information

    For safety, stability, and to stop misuse, we may temporarily process:

    • Logs of errors and performance that can't be traced back to a specific person
    • Type of device and browser
    • IP address used strictly for safety reasons

    We don't keep track of how each person behaves or make user profiles.

    3. Using Information

    Data is only used when a feature is operating for:

    • Optimizing and converting Lottie animations
    • Showing previews and exports like GIF or SVG
    • Making the system faster and more reliable
    • Keeping the platform safe from abuse or misuse

    After a task is finished, no information is kept or used again.

    4. Deleting Data Automatically

    Our system makes sure that files are automatically deleted without any input from the user:

    • Files that were uploaded are erased right away after the task is done
    • When you leave the feature, session-related data is removed
    • Temporary technical logs are automatically deleted after 24 hours
    • Users can ask for their account data to be erased

    Users never have to delete files by hand.

    We only use the cookies that are necessary for:

    • Basic website features

    You can utilize Google AdSense to help people get free access, and it may also put cookies on your computer to show you ads.
